Dear Arbour Lake School Families,
As we close the 2025–2026 school year, I want to take a moment to thank our students, families, and staff for another wonderful year of learning, growth, and community.
Today marks the final day of classes, and I hope everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a safe, restful, and well-deserved summer break. Whether your plans include travel, time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, or simply a chance to relax, I hope the summer provides opportunities to recharge and create lasting memories.
To our Grade 9 students, thank you for the contributions you have made to our school community over the past several years. We wish you every success as you begin your high school journey. Once a Laker, always a Laker!
To the students and families who are moving on to new schools, new communities, or new cities, we wish you every success in the next chapter of your journey. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your educational experience. It has been a privilege to watch your children learn, grow, and become the remarkable young people they are today. While we are always sad to say goodbye, we know you will continue to accomplish great things wherever life takes you. You will always be a valued member of the Arbour Lake School family.
Serving as your principal is both a privilege and an honour. Thank you for the trust, partnership, and support you have shown our staff throughout the year. Together, we have celebrated successes, worked through challenges, and created meaningful learning experiences for our students. I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to serve this remarkable community and to work alongside such dedicated students, families, and staff.
We look forward to welcoming our new and returning students back to Arbour Lake School on August 31, 2026.
In August, families will receive a Welcome Back Package containing important information for the start of the school year, including calendars, key dates, school procedures, and other helpful reminders to ensure a smooth start to September.
