Dear Parents/Guardians,

This week has been filled with exciting activities for our students! The Grade 9s had a fantastic trip to Ralph Klein Park, while the Grade 8s explored the wonders of Telus Spark. On the sports front, both our soccer teams saw success on the pitch, and the senior boys' basketball team is performing exceptionally well so far this season.

A big thank you to all the parents who attended the Parent Council meeting. Your support is invaluable, and our staff truly appreciates everything you do to help us in our work with the students.

Today was a Friday Buddy Day, where younger students partnered with older students to build effective paper airplanes. It was wonderful to see such teamwork, with plenty of paper creations around the school as a result!

As the weather is getting colder, please ensure your children dress appropriately for the season. Students will still go outside at lunch and for PE, and we only move indoors for lunch if temperatures reach -20°C. Please make sure they have proper jackets and shoes.

Have a great weekend and please free to email me at nmlisi@cbe.ab.ca if you need anything at all.
